IS THE PREP'D PROTEIN WEEKLY A SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, subscribing to a weekly protein prep means you automatically receive a new order of Prep'd meat packs each week. You can change the meat pack options you receive each week or do nothing and we will send you a repeat of your last Prep'd order. We will charge your credit card each week so make sure you have any changes in before the cut off time.
HOW LONG DO THE PACKS LAST IN THE FRIDGE??
The protein packs will be delivered fresh and you store them in the fridge. They will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can freeze them for an extra 3 months of shelf life but we recommend keeping them chilled in the fridge for maximum freshness!
IS THE PREP'D PROTEIN WEEKLY A CAN I CHANGE MY MEALS EACH WEEK??
Absolutely! If you wish to change your meat pack selections you will be able to do this by logging into your account and making the changes. We will send you a tutorial on how to do this after you register
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY DAYS?
Subscribe before 4pm on Sunday to receive your first order on Thursday or before 4pm on Thursday to receive your first order on Tuesday

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
Yes, you can login into your account and cancel or pause your subscription any time. You will not incur any charges if you do this before your payment is taken and order generated
Please note that cancelling your subscription will not cancel an order that has already been placed.
If you wish to cancel the order, you will need to contact the customer service team before Noon on the day the order is taken and payment is taken. Failure to do so, may result in your order being delivered and no refund being available.
